At the St.Clair McDonald's we sometimes do not have the room space for the new items since our store is one of the smaller ones owned. For example, at a different McDonald's that is owned by our owners you most likely will be able to get a hash brown all day but at our McDonald's we do not have enough fry vats to be able to do that.
according to McDonald's corporate offices it falls to the franchisee to determine whether or not they want to participate that's how that works
Most McDonald's stores are franchise and only Corporate stores offer some of our favorites. 😴 I suggest doing a location search for corporate stores and see if they are participating in the specials and favorites. Good luck.
