Personal time starts building the very first day you work. It doesnt take long at all. After you have been there a few months you will start receiving personal time, unpaid time off and vacation. The longer you are there the more you will have. There is a formula for it. This is one thing that they offer an adequate amount of for sure.
You get 10 hrs of personal time when you start then you receive 3 hrs or so a paycheck until you hit 40 hrs and that's all you get for the Calender year you also receive 20 hr of unpaided time every 3 months
