I've heard this specific place is hiring and I've been trying to apply, but whenever I go to even tell official amazon job site, they say they're not hiring. Is there a better place to go or should I go to the building directly?

Amazon is almost always hiring, if you go to the actual building on the far right of the front side there should be a recruiter office, and they can assist you, sometimes the websites get confusing or don't update or aren't run by Amazon and just click bait. Also people complaining about upt and pto don't actually care about the job 75% of the time, generally you only work 3 days a week for about 34-38 hours and it's in my experience a rather simple job, if you're consistently late or don't show up then yes you'll run out of pto and upt hours but realistically you should never run out, you even have enough hours on day 1 of the job to take the day off with basically no notice.

I would look for somewhere else to work. This place is a joke to work at. They do not care about their employees. You get wrote up for every little mistake you make even in training. If you have to miss work for snow on roads and dont have enough p.t.o.time or u.p.t.time they will fire you even though you had vacation time to cover it, but they will not let you use vac time because you have to give a 24 hr notice. Like we can predict conditions of road that far in advance. So please consider looking somewhere else for a job.

Same thing happened to me today. My friend works there, she's been telling me they're hiring. She doesn't understand why they told me there are no job openings at all.
