I guess that's a great thing for you because apparently that's what you are into & more importantly you're blessed to be sharing that moment with your dad! Blessings to you in abundance I pray! That's even more precious than your event believe it or not. Id say enjoy yourself. Yes by all means wear your name tag if it's appropriate for the event. Something good could result from it.
