Okay my first suggestion for pike place and Chihuly which is at the Seattle Center is that you take this the Metro subway in to Seattle from the airport. Cedarbrook should be able to get you to the airport and drop you off there then you would be getting out at the Pike Place Market stop. You walk from Pike Place to Westlake Center and take the Seattle Monorail to the Chihuly exhibit at the Seattle Center. I think the cost round trip would be around $10 a person. Getting to the Boeing factory do you mean Boeing's Museum of Flight in south south of the Seattle area? Or do you mean the Boeing factory up at Paine Field in Everett?
Uber or Lyft for rent a bus from one of the car places in Seattle airport it's a lot of people! Good luck with that
Cedarbrook puts you very near a major nexus of Puget Sound's excellent public transportation. The locations you listed are also well serviced locations. Ritt's advice was excellent. It'll take some research, but Google maps works really well. My sincerest admiration of you though. I'm certain I'm incapable of shepherding 13.
Cedarbrook has a van that could also take you to bus pick up.
Cedarbrook shuttle bus will take you to the light rail station about 1 mile away. Take the light rail to Westlake station. It runs every 10 minutes. An easy walk from there to Pike Place Market.
