Yes it's open. Your masks is only required when entering the theatre and ordering your food. Once you're watching the movie mask are not required everyone is spaced out
Yeah you don't really need your mask sitting down, just while you're ordering the food.
From my experience last Sunday when you're in your seat eating your snacks you can take your mask off.
