If you don't see it in the case, ask one of the staff. All are extremely friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you.

They have very friendly butchers and will go out of their way to help you find what you need. If they're out of stock, they'll make special requests and as long as their suppliers can procure an item they will get it for you.
