Sort of, you need to provide a blank check and your ID and they use an outside company, Every,that handles to process. Every uses telecheck to verify your information and either approve or decline you. Once approved you will be told what amount you are allowed within a 7 day period. Then when you wish to write a personal check all that is required is to show your ID and enter the last four of your ssn and its processed as an e-check so you won't actually need to write out a check each time. However, I heard that they do require some people to provide and actual check each time, but I only needed to at the initial setup, I think it just depends on who you bank with.
