This place is perfect for studying and meetings. There is wifi and quiet areas for meetings. The only issue I can forsee is finding adequate seating because in my experience they are quite popular

Yes, outside is fairly nice and quiet and the firepit/couch area is a great place to study around. Just as long as other people arent already there.
