Fact is, almost ALL ammo with a steel case actually have a steel core. There are exceptions but typically not. That is our rule. No steel case and no steel core.
They are lazy and dont want to separate their brass from their steel. The "fact" about almost ALL steel cased rounds having a steel core is just not true.
Saying most steel case ammo has a steel core is absolutely false (20 years shooting and reloading experience) information. They, like many other ranges, probably sell the brass off the range and don't want to be bothered to seperate it.
I'm not sure myself you have to call them and ask
