Why did they install Windows to block people from going into JCPenney and Dillards in the Richmond Mall for and now they have to go outside to get to these stores kind of like OfficeMax?

It might have something to do with the mall was up for sale but DILLARDS & penny's own there location.

All I know about our mall is that there are very few stores and no restaurant. The have a new mall manager who obviously has no idea what he is doing. I have called tgere 3 time and have never got a response. The bathrooms are dirty and some of the locks on the stalls are broken and I guess you are supposed to bring your own toilet paper. We had hoped since they are under new ownership that things would improve but obviously not. Too bad

Is that because, so they can add more stores in there where the JCPenney entrance currently is like they did where the Woolworths entrance Was? True or False

Because their retarted, just saying, it's not even a mall anymore, they need to take the sign down
