We bought a TV at Christmas. Something hit the screen and brkoe it. Do they come with a warranty if so how does that work?

If you didn't purchase the Geek Squad Protection they wont cover it.

If you broke the screen the manufacturer nor Best Buy would cover that unless you bought an extended warranty through Best Buy

You will have to call the store or the manufacturer. I'm not sure if they will cover a broken screen .
