I placed an order on the phone when I went to pick it up not only did they raise the prices, but the entire order was wrong. I ordered a dozen bagels which was wrong, they didn't have the cream cheese, and when I got home the sandwiches were wrong

I've never had a problem their services always been great

Call them up and let them know. The staff is very friendly and I am sure they will make things right.

It is incosistent but that has to do with the workers. Every few months there are a bunch of new people to train with the exception of one or two familiar faces. They are to pricey.

Yeah they have messed up my order a few times but foods still good...

I don't go there anymore because of the service. Friendly staff but inconsistent pricing and egg sandwiches. Last time I was there, i place 1 egg sandwich order then the 10 people that ordered after me (also egg sandwiches and more) got their orders before me!
