I think the flavors are separate syrups.
They have different types of beans and roasts so you will get different flavors but coffee but, not hazelnut or vanilla or anything like that. I believe you have to ask for those flavors in your coffee.
I'm fairly certain there aren't any "flavored" coffees, but just a vast array of perfectly blended coffees that make for a flavorful experience
