When you watch for sales. I am not so lucky and seem to have to pay full price too often. :(

Sometimes you just have to go and check the stores.

I'd agree with Denise. In particular, Aeropostle does when they have a sale. I've talked to the clerks there and they sometimes get stuff from other stores and to unload it, they out it on sake, sometimes 70% off.
