Because of the health code, they are not allowed into the food court, however,they aren't allowed in a lot of the stores either, but they can walk up and down the hallways no problem. They also have a program there where people come from all around before the mall officially opens to exercise. They're called Mall walkers. Dogs are invited to this also

I have never seen an animal in that mall in the 30 years i have gone there. But not sure if they have a rule about it. But i suggest you be kind to your pet and leave it home.
