Id call in ahead of time. Sit on the top floor. It gets a nice breeze and overlooks the sound.

He's right. Top floor is a great view. Also down the street is the Dolphin Bar and restrauant with alot of history as well georgous views right on the water.
Don't think you need a reservation, but upstairs is a commanding view of the intracoastal.
