Hi Roger. Thanks for the question. In order to make 100% sure that the THC levels that are showing match the product that is being sold we use software that takes the possibility of human error out of the equation. Batches with different levels sell out very quickly multiple times a day and are replaced by the next batch on deck. The online menu program does an amazing job of keeping track of all of this, and is far faster and more accurate in displaying correct info. Despite that, the software sometimes has issues like not pulling the THC info over, or even the actual product itself. We do our absolute best to make sure that it is performing correctly at all times, and when it is not, we really appreciate feedback that we receive from our customers who help us do a better job. Without all of us looking out for each other, the only other option seems to be complaints & blame. Thanks again for your feedback and we will continue to do the best that we can to display all data accurately.

Because the dispensary technicians are to lazy to update the menu. Before they get the cannabis they know all of the THC quality before it hits the shelf.
