Is it possible to get a gift certificate,if so how does it work?By the hour or do you have to estimate the value of a tattoo?I want to get my wife a tattoo for xmas but im not sure how to do it w/out her knowing.If its hourly, whats the going rate?

It is an hourly rate. Josh or Cassie would be able to help with an estimated price if you know sizing and placement. It's around $100-$120/hour.
