I went there today for a fried bologna sammich and unfortunately he doesn't make it anymore. But the Who Dat Cajun rub is amazing. They put some on my sammich. Good on everything.

It is a sauce that they make in house. It is the hottest sauce they have by a long shot. They only have it when it has been made fresh. It is one of the hottest things I have ever eaten!
