Yes

Not exactly, they have a wrap around porch with a fireplace and Patio heaters and clear weather stripping to enclose it. So it is fairly comfortable but I would wear a light jacket or sweater. I have spent many hours there in cold weather but you need to get there early before it fills up on the weekends
