No, actually no for all players, however full face protection is required under 16. But your not limited to full face masks, many people wear multiwrap covering there face and some goggles there are tons of other combinations than just full face masks.
Eue pro and a face mask for younger players... ears covered is totally optional.
Everyone has to wear eye protection beside that you can wear whatever you want
