Why doesn't the restaurant completely cook their hash browns? Is still raw the new cooked? Truly believe they used to be thoroughly cooked, used to be able to mash them with a fork! Now they crunch. YUK!!

I ALWAYS ask them to notify the fire department,,that I'm ordering CRISPY HASHBROWNS.. I've NEVER...EVER had a problem with ANY of my orders.. And I drive/ ride TWENTY MILES to go to Lydia's..YEAH, I LOVE THAT PLACE!!.

The owners are great people! If you would of brought it up, I know they would have tried to make you happy. Did you?

Wow clearly you have never ordered them they have allways been like that crispy and soft just like any other place you would go I go here as a regular and personally know the owners and i have to say you are very very picky if that is a serious complaint

Did you let the management know?
