Why do you make your delivery drivers wait in the drive thru line? That's very unfair to not only them, but the customer as well.

Exactly thank you Joe, door dash drivers get paid 4-5 dollars per a delivery and have to wait anywhere from 25-45 minutes. Then the customer rarely leave a tip. Thats why when I see popeye's come up I decline it. Shame on popeye's.

Good for you meerkat gamer. That's how it is SOMETIMES it's not always like that. It's especially fun when they have the sign outside saying curbside pickup and then you wait outside for 20 minutes banging on the door waiting for them to come out and then they come out and say drive-Thru only... get in line... when we've all been standing out there waiting for them to help us and then they tell us oh we forgot to bring the sign back in this is literally the worst restaurant ever for delivery drivers I too will begin declining this restaurant whenever the offer comes up. Roberto Mondragon is a horrendous employee who does nothing more than shame the Popeyes name. I found out that he's the one primarily responsible for this as he confronted me in a very hostile and aggressive way this evening the other driver and I are pursuing a lawsuit because he saw Robertos hostility with getting in my face and putting his finger in my face and even putting his hands on me pushing me towards my car.

Thank you! I never make bad reviews and I hate drama. I am a delivery driver and I had to wait in the line however that was not my issue. I was first unaware that I had to wait in the line and that the front door was locked so I walked to the drive thru window, and asked if someone could help me. I spoke with a young teenager named Wendy Castro who was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and completely disrespectful. And told me if I didn’t want to wait in the long line, then I could cancel my order and then slammed the window in my face and started laughing. The other workers were helpful and the manager was also kind and heard my side. I really don’t appreciate professional workers that are not professional.

I always knock on door and wait for a worker to come out. I tell them I'm picking up an order and tell the name of customer. They go back inside and get order for me.
