Only some of the stores that have street entrances, like Macy's and JC Penney. There may be others that are open that are inside the mall, but I recommend you call the store before going there.
Only the main stores are open, like Macys and JCPenney and Ulta...the inside stores like Hot Topic and stuff are closed, meaning you can't walk the mall
