My husband and I are discussing when this establishment was built. We're both born and raised in Roseville. He seems to think it's been around forever. I thought it was put up maybe 15 20 years ago. Does anyone know?

Safeway asked Roseville planners to build approximately October 2000. Building didn't start till about March of 2001.
