I have notice the last 2 times using washers that there isnt any hot water I also heard another patron saying the same and then another joined in None of us are very happy . I always wash towels and sheets in Hot ......Very disappointed

Sure you are pushing the correct button?..I have no problem...If you don't like it go to Pevely or Hillsboro...

When hot is selected on any washer (Our place or any other laundry) you get a hot wash and cold rinse(s). Our machines do a Hot wash and 2 cold rinses. The glass is very think so you don't feel the heat through the glass.. We installed a new high end water heating system when we installed all the new machines.. Thanks for doing your laundry with us...
