Yes, there are several booths that have comic books. Some comic books are in the showcases, too.
It's hit or miss honestly.
Hard to know what they have for those items. They're not usually well organized but are in specific vendor's booths. Same for all kinds of media.
Better off going to an actual comic book store
It just depends. It's almost like a big yard sale, individuals bring in things they want to sell and set up in booths. I think I have seen comic books there before but it's hit and miss.
They have stands and most of them have a wide variety of stuff I'm more than likely sure you can find anything in there
