I'm at this IHOP right now and i was seated right away and the waitress took our order in a timely manner. IHOP is like everyone else in that there's a shortage of people who want to work. Each person can only handle so many tables so when you see a section not being used they may not have the staff to cover that section.
I have been here many times but usually in the evening after the dinner rush or in the middle of the night and have never had to wait more than a couple of min to be seated and every server has been great to me the food has always been great. You cant judge a place based on one shift or one server be sure to tip servers and remember the more you tip the more you stand out and the better service you will get the next time you come in and have the same server

I have never had a problem there. Always excellent, quick, and helpful service even if the line was long. Love that IHOP!
