Why when I call someone picks up without saying anything and places me on hold. Then after placed on hold a few mins. later the call ends? This has happened not once, twice, three or four times but five times back back to back.

I don't think they have a call center. So, its first come first serve. It's the nearest available associate available. Walmart is busy all the time. You may need to call anyone that's available to answer your questions. Call the main office.

I would take my business elsewhere because they do that to me too. i will not continue to go to this walmart or any other walmart branch for that matter.
