It was likely closed from understaffing probably because of COVID.
Most likely cleaning or being short staffed. Its likely they'll be open again later tonight
Normally, they don't close unless for either deep cleaning or corona situation.
To be honest with you I was not aware they was closed today but also remember some in n out are closed different days like for Sunday some r own by church people u can also look that up sorry was not much help
