Before they can ban anybody from Walmart don't they have to have court documentation is like like it says in the website?

Any business can ban any shopper for "shopping habits". Including theft, treatment of employees, not following rules, etc..

Sorry no, any business can and will rufuse service to anyone they deem fit or I guess unfit.

I think so. But if they have video/ photo images of you shop lifting or using unacceptable behavior then they can ban you, temporarily or permanently, in writing I do believe.
