Yes, The vacuum is separate but there is a shampooer.
I visited today and the carpet cleaner does in fact work, it is the only machine there other then the vending machines that doesn't take a card so make sure you bring quarters or bills to change out... 1.50 per 3 minutes btw
Everything works at this car wash, even the vending machines. The owner is very attentive to his facility and I've ALWAYS driven away happy.
