How hard is it to get a 36 foot 5th wheel thru Sonora to reach Black Oaks..35 years ago we pulled a smaller 5th wheel thru Sonora, and have avoided it ever since..Streets were very narrow and hard to navigate. Thanks You helped a lot..

Logging trucks go through downtown Sonora. You will be ok.

Don't take 49 thru town.

From where? The bay area, it's easy. Just one long big uphill prior to Black Oak. Yes and stay on the bypass.

Remain on the Sonora bypass until you reach the top of the grade, then take the turnoff that takes you to Tuolumne Road (Hwy 108) - It is a right - hand downgrade... Bare right onto Tuolumne Road & head for Tuolumne. When you nearly reach Tuolumne you will encounter a stop light. Turn left onto Tuolumne Road North. A few hundred yards later you are home free! You will see the entrance...

Super easy if you come up 108. Take Mono Way exit and go that way. I hauled my 36' fifth wheel with my Ford F250 long bed crew cab.

You dont have to go thrrough downtown Sonora anymore. There is a bypass and it's very simple to get to Black Oak with a large rig.

Not hard. There are huge 5th wheels here that made it though Sonora
