No, I don't eat pork so I had the beef brisket, which was ok.
Not that I'm aware of, brisket which is beef, but not tri tip. Most bbq restaurants serve either brisket or tri tip. Their brisket is okay, but they don't slice it. They chop their brisket which is not worth the money. The side dishes are excellent and the ribs are exceptional.
I tried there ribs there great really tender, I think they were beef. They were not fat and had pretty good amount of meat on the bone.
