Really great place, not sure of monthly cost, I'm 65 so my health insurance pay for me. Best gym I've ever belonged to. Staff is amazing and always helpful. The training sessions cost extra but worth every penny.

Membership pricing varies to your needs. If you stop in during the week generally before 5 you can talk to one of the owners, or an employee. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, staff and members alike. Great place for beginners or experienced individuals to start a fitness program!
