They do have a Samsung guy he is there every day except for Tuesday and Wednesday. His name is John and He is amazing!
There are Samsung products in Best Buy but no Samsung Experience Store in the store or strip plaza. You would need to go to Bensenville.
They do sell Samsung products. Samsung products are in with other products. Suggest you speak with sales person
