Yes, they sell all of the above. They have one isle that is mostly devoted to alcohol and mixers. They keep some of the more expensive stuff behind one of the cash registers along with all of the tobacco products they carry.

Beer and alcohol are sold at the back of the grocery section of the store before the freezer section. If you have any questions about what items are sold and where, if you download the Walmart app it'll tell you available inventory and even what aisle it's in.
