I agree with Jo-Ann. Bringing a dog in on a leash could get tricky as busy as things get there. Have seen people put a blanket in the buggy and let the dog ride for small breeds.
People usually leave their dogs in the car because it is a very small store in a very safe location. Most people are not inside very long.
Don't know I didn't see ee any signs stating you could not.
