No on- or off-premises sales of spirits before noon on Sundays. All beer, wine, and champagne can be sold starting at 6 a.m. And so Spruce Pine now has beer and wine running out its nose. The Walmart Supercenter stocks the stuff, as does the Ingles grocery store.
