Being a barista myself no foam isn't hard if your trained properly and if it's drive thru the only reason to not fill to the very top is to not burn you. But if it's enough to complain about. I would just take it back to them right away to get it replaced. ( I have worked several different coffee shops and bars)
One would think so! but I've never got a coffee from Dutch Brothers that was completely full! Even when I ask for no foam.... I get at least a half an inch of foam.
