You only need a reservation if you have a big party coming in, otherwise first come first serve. usually before 9 on the weekends you get in quicker.
We did not, and we waited 15-20 minutes for a table.

No. You just have to go early, they close by 2pm. Their breakfast is really delicious. Walk in people are always welcomed.
