Yes it is.
It is not abt the pool. Make sure u r located where u don't have to use and elevator then take steps down to get to your room. A hotel update with awkward access to reach some 2nd floor rooms. Also call and check to see how far along construction of new hotel is due to echoing noise all hours from building etc.
It wasn't cold or otherwise I wouldn't have spent so much time in the pool with my 3 year old. Sunny days too
