I didn't get anything for my. Birthday this year, but every month my free room reminder was there & some free play depending on your play.
It used to be you received a gift (for example, a water bottle with their logo on it and happy birthday) and some freecplay - $5 or $10 maybe) from the Players Club. But that was a while back and I'm not sure what they offer now. The Player's Club would have that information though.
I believe you only receive a gift for birthdays...could be subject to change..
Check with there rewards club but I think they do
