Yes!!! u absolutely can get thrown out of feather falls casino for something u had nothing to do with. I do not know the answer to ur question "if someone else uses ur name can u get in trouble"? That was not the case in.my situation. If Chris De Silva who was/is the head of security at feather falls casino had done his job and looked at the video they have of the incident it clearly shows i had nothjng to do with the incident...i was minding my own buisness playing on a slot machine and happen to be sitting next to the man who.caused the incident. Chris De Silva has refused to return any of my calls or pleas for a hearing with him or with tribel council. I believe that is standard procedure that i still am unable to receive.
