Why is there such terrible customer service at this location of grocery outlet? Why are so many items in this specific grocery outlet in Grass Valley Ca. at or above full retail price even though the products sold are close to expiring?

i get great customer service, of course i shop during off peak hours mostly early mornings prices are almost half what other grocery stores will charge for the same product, as for expiration date LOL who gives a hoot, thats democrat regulation nonsense

I shop here almost exclusively for the reason of low price great customer service also tend to shop late at night because of the smaller crowd

I don't know. I do know it has changed a lot. It is under new ownership / management I believe.

This is the best Grocery Outlet I’ve ever shopped at and I don’t shop anywhere else except Costco occasionally. It’s run very well and the employees are very professional.

Maybe you caught an employee on a bad day? I’ve never had any issues with customer service. As far as prices, theres nowhere cheaper. Maybe you were at the Briar Patch and didn’t realize it but their staff is super friendly too.

I've always found customer service to be good, sometimes excellent and the prices are below average retail price 90% of the time.

Never had a problem with the customer service, sometimes they can't mark items down if they can't make a profit and/or it may have been supposed to be marked down, but forgotten about before it's expiration.
