As for them serving food no. They do have a cooler with beverages. However, there is a nice restaurant down the road called the Mason Jar, which is really good.

They have a cooler filled with drinks, a freezer of ice cream bars, and some snack items like chips. Everything is reasonably priced.
It's a great place to pack a picnic lunch and eat in the Pavillion. They do have some drinks and stuff on the gift shop.
