Why do they allow people to complain about anything?
After seeing some of the people who frequent Wal-Mart, a puppy is the least of your worries. Those people handle the food also. The puppy doesn't.
I am not a Walmart employee but I can attest that other foodservice businesses have policies against even asking if a dog is a service animal to avoid unintentionally violating the Americans with disabilities act. Even then, under the act all a person has to say is it is a service animal in training and the business is forbidden from interfering lest they be guilty of a felony.
I didn't before, but now I kinda want to bring my dog in too.
I am a customer there. Not an employee. Call or email Walmart.
Call the Home Office or on line to contact them on their website
