Why are you all allowing NON-Service dogs in the store?? Just watched a customer walk around with a puppy and for that to be allowed is unacceptable when it comes to food items.

Why do they allow people to complain about anything?

After seeing some of the people who frequent Wal-Mart, a puppy is the least of your worries. Those people handle the food also. The puppy doesn't.

I am not a Walmart employee but I can attest that other foodservice businesses have policies against even asking if a dog is a service animal to avoid unintentionally violating the Americans with disabilities act. Even then, under the act all a person has to say is it is a service animal in training and the business is forbidden from interfering lest they be guilty of a felony.
