I go to that store at least twice a week and the drive thru is always very slow. The employees are always nice but they need help from management to more quickly serve the drive thru patrons.
Rarely that happens. It's because someone orders a large meal. It would be considerate if they go inside for that. Even when I did order inside and someone order a large meal, this Bojangles employees informed me that my wait would be a little longer. So, I've always had good experiences at this Bojangles. I'm sorry that you had a unpleasant experience. But don't let that one stop you from coming back.
I have not had that problem but I rarely go through the drive-thru. Go inside and its usually in and out in 5 mins. or less.
