I am writing this while I sit in my car.. I was seated for 30 minutes.. No water or coffee or waitress.. A large group can in after me and were waited on immediately... Seemed to know the waitress..never again

I agree, I refuse to return to that cracker barrel. They are a very poor representation of what cracker barrel is. A full staff make over is necessary.
